We need to nourish our: physical body as well as our creativity, emotions, relationships, digestive capacity, heart connections, truth, intuition and of course our life force/spirit/vitality.

Class will meet 3 Mondays, November 6, 13 & 20th from 7 – 8:30pm at
MOVE! Fitness Studio – 133 Argall Way, Nevada City

The official detox begins on Tuesday,  November 7 after our first group meeting
and you’ll be READY to GO!
Each day of the 14 day detox you will receive an email with additional tips
and recipes and also an opportunity to ask me questions about the detox.  

2 Detox supplements will be offered (optionally) with this detox to help remove toxins from your body effectively. 

You’ll begin the detox at the phase that’s right for you – (Take the  detox quiz Below).  I’ll help retrain your taste buds and give you many whole body strategies to help you fight any symptoms that pop up while making the transition.

NUTRITION: I will supply a notebook with foods allowed & not allowed,  sample daily menu, recipes, snacks, & 2 group lectures on nutritional detox. You’ll learn how to prepare for a 10 day detox and why it’s actually one of the most important parts of the whole experience.

If you fail to plan- then plan to fail!

HOME SELF CARE ACTIVITIES are also an important part of the detox.  You can choose between many holistic suggestions to enhance your experience from cleaning out your closets to doing a dry brush massage before showers. Two things that are not optional:

  • 30 minutes of exercise daily!
  • At least 10 – 15 minutes of relaxation or downtime daily to reflect and listen to your body.

The point here is to create more circulation in a relaxed environment to move toxins out!   And not just physical toxins –  I’m talking about toxic emotions, thoughts, relationships and closet congestion too!

COMMUNITY SUPPORT: Being healthy is contagious and every “body” needs a “buddy.” We’ll hold each other accountable to make the experience easier, more fun and reach our detox goals.

A good detox begins with preparation and that’s why we’re meeting on Monday, November 6,  7 – 8:30pm  to understand how to begin a detox. Our second and third meetings will be the following Mondays, November 13 and 20th, from 7 – 8:30pm

  • If you answered mostly “b” then select phase II (limited grains – but full fat dairy is allowed)
