My Approach

When working with nutrition clients, I become a detective to help uncover the cause of anything less than optimal health. I do not “diagnose” but support a diagnosis with nutritional and lifestyle recommendations. I support all kinds of health concerns for menopausal women including:

Sleep problems, adrenal fatigue, digestive issues, hot flashes, mood swings, weight loss, food cravings and  allergies, mood swings, osteoporosis, immune function, low libido, and much more.

My work includes: 

  • LISTENING to your HOLISTIC health story
  • EXAMINING your “inner environment” or ability to digest & absorb nutrients from diet and eliminate toxins
  • INVESTIGATING  your ability to balance and digest your relationship with your “outer environment” – including your tribe, pleasure, creativity, relationships, career, passions, expression, intuition, media input, downtime and spiritual connections.
  • CREATING a personalized protocol that encompasses all aspects of your Self.

The healthiest diet is useless if you cannot digest and assimilate ENERGY from food or other aspects of your life.  Rather than drawing up a daily diet plan for clients to follow, I am more concerned about teaching elements of whole foods nutrition (including lots of recipes and inspiration), herbs, stress management, and other natural remedies to build over-all health. This way, clients can make confident, informed choices based on their own lifestyle and food preferences.



One time visit – $90/hour

For nutritional questions, special diets, shopping guidance, gardening or cooking advice.  For clients who prefer to meet  just one time I  create a simple protocol based on the information I collect in this one hour session.  Protocol may include dietary advice, recipes, supplement and herb recommendations and/or lifestyle suggestions.


2 session package – $165 (2.5 hours) & 2nd visit is 1 hour.

You will be asked to complete a 3 day food journal and other questionnaires, which you will bring  completed to  your first session.   We’ll discuss your top 3 health concerns, eating habits, lifestyle, exercise, supplements and medications.  In the second visit we’ll discuss the protocol  that I create for you.   

5 session package
– $375 (5.5 hours) 1st consultation 1 ½ hours, plus 4 / one hour follow-up sessions (preferable weekly)

This involves a phone call first to set up the appointment and time to discuss what you are looking for. You will be asked to complete a 3-Day Food Diary and other questionnaires, which you will bring completed to your first consultation. During the initial consultation, we will discuss your health concerns, medical history, available lab tests, and a three-day food diary. We will go over life-style, eating habits, supplements and medications. At this time I will make initial recommendations about food/diet/supplements but may also give you additional questionnaires to fill out to provide me more detailed information and help me pinpoint underlying issues. In the 4 Follow-up visits we will review your individual holistic protocol including menu ideas and recipes. I educate and outline a healthy balanced plan that addresses the root cause of your condition.  I help motivate, address any questions, and together we create realistic goals.


8 session package – $525  (8.5 hours) 1st consultation 1 ½ hours, plus 7 / one hour follow-up sessions  (preferably  weekly)

This is the same description as the 5 sessions visit above only this package involves 7  follow-up visits.  This package is more supportive for weight loss, blood sugar regulation and for anyone who needs more support and accountability making dietary and lifestyle changes.


Private Yoga Sessions – $75/hour

As a certified yoga teacher for the past 20 years, the human body has always fascinated me. My approach to wellness naturally integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of one’s individual health and preventative care. I work with clients who are new to yoga, those wanting to learn proper alignment, meditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques and experienced yogis who are looking for motivation and inspiration for their home practice.



As a client, if you call or email with a quick check-in or question, there is no charge. If the question requires research or a change to your program, there will be a charge associated. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for nutrition consultations, so I do not accept insurance. Ask your insurance company what their policy is on this matter. Some companies will pay if you have a referral from a physician. You would then need to pay for the services, send the invoice to your insurance company, and be reimbursed by them directly.
